For Sellers: GODI collects the following information: full name, phone number, address, password, national ID number, tax code, tax issuance date and place, images of ID, business registration.
For Drivers: Godi may collect, access and process information necessary to register, verify, manage driver accounts and vehicles and to provide transportation services on the platform, including:
For Drivers: Full name, phone number, address, password. Driver/vehicle profile information: profile photo, full name, operating area, tax identification number, date of issuance, place of issuance, registered service type, vehicle type for designated driving services, vehicle type for ride-hailing services, vehicle photos, license plate number, vehicle color, images of both sides of the ID card, images of both sides of the driver's license, images of both sides of tax documents, and images of both sides of the vehicle registration certificate.
For Buyers: Godi collects the following information: full name, phone number, address, password.
- Purpose of using the information:
GODI will use the personal information provided by customers to perform the following tasks:
+ Assist customers in answering questions and concerns about products they are interested in;
+ Provide information about products and new promotions if customers subscribe to receive email notifications;
+ Prevent account abuse or fraud;
+ Contact and resolve issues with customers in special cases;
+ Support customer care systems and feedback collection.
+ In case of legal requests: GODI e-commerce transactions are obliged to cooperate in providing personal information upon request by judicial authorities such as the Procuracy, Courts, or Police in investigations related to unlawful acts.
- Third parties with access to personal information:
We will not provide your personal information to any third party except for necessary operations as described below:
• Service partners who are sellers involved in order fulfillment and limited to the necessary information, and who are required to follow security and privacy obligations.
• We may use third-party service providers to perform certain functions related to the GODI app, and such third parties may access or process personal information while providing those services. We require these third parties to comply with applicable data protection laws and security requirements.
• Legal requests: We may disclose personal information when required by law and when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes.
• Business transfers (if any): In case of merger or acquisition, information we maintain, including personal data, may be subject to transfer to the acquiring entity.

Customer personal information will be retained until the customer requests deletion or the customer logs in and deletes it. In all cases, personal information is safeguarded on GODI's servers.

Users have the right to access, review, update, correct or delete their personal data by logging into their GODI account and editing their personal information, or by requesting GODI's assistance.
Logging into GODI's application can be done via phone or other tools that access the application.
- Commitment to personal data protection
User personal data on GODI is protected according to our privacy policy. Data collection and use are carried out with user consent unless otherwise required by law. We commit that:
• We will not use, transfer, provide or disclose personal data to third parties without the user's consent for profit.
• In case of a data breach due to hacking causing loss of personal data, GODI will notify authorities and affected users promptly.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful personal information when registering and using GODI services. The company is not responsible for claims arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
